Your Sponsorship is Tax Deductible
The Western Australian Explorers’ Diaries Project is a registered Deductible Gift Recipient entity. This means that donations to WAEDP are tax deductible – the full amount of your donation can be deducted from your taxable income when you lodge your tax return.
Sponsorship of the Project is approved by the Australian Taxation Office as a Deductible Gift Recipient under Item 1 Section 30-15, Sub Division 30 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. This entitles sponsors to claim the total value of any grant for taxation purposes.

Sponsorship funds are held in an audited, over sighted Trust Account.
